The bulk of Jarrett's career has been dedicated to serving as a DOT consultant, administering heavy civil infrastructure projects. Mr. Lewis holds site development certifications in ACI concrete, DOT Earthwork, Drilled Shafts, Asphalt paving, Erosion control, and Advance MOT.
